ZTE’s latest phablet makes global retail debut on eBay

ZTE started off the year by introducing its Blade S6 at CES in January. A little over a month later, the five-inch Blade S6 was joined by the slightly larger 5.5-inch Blade S6 Plus. In the past, we’ve seen ZTE bring some of its brand new phones directly to consumers, putting just-launched unlocked hardware up for sale through its eBay stores. That’s exactly what it intends to do this time around, too, and has started a worldwide sales initiative to get the phablet out there.

The Blade S6 Plus, to refresh your memory, is a Snapdragon 615-powered, 720p 5.5-incher with a 3000mAh battery and Android Lollipop. Prices will vary based on market, but the official price comes to just about $300 for the phone in the US, 200 pounds in the UK, or nearly 277 euros. And in order to keep all those sales straight, ZTE has a bunch of eBay listings up – click though to the source below for links to the right one for your neck of the woods.

Better still, the Blade S6 Plus is arriving with a discount, and ZTE’s knocking another $30 (17 GBP, 24 EUR) off for a limited time. There’s no indication as to just how long those savings will last, so if that price cut helps tip the scale in favor of you picking this guy up, you’ll want to act quickly.
