Sometimes a manufacturer is so fond of its latest hardware that a single launch event isn’t enough, and the company wants to swing back around over and over to make sure the world is properly acquainted with its new offerings; we saw ZTE first introduce the Axon Mini and Axon Watch all the way back in July, and today the manufacturer was right back at it, bringing the pair out to show them off again, while also introducing a Premium Edition of the former. And while it was nice to pick up some additional details there, these aren’t the only devices ZTE’s been talking about, and we also learn about the existence of the Axon Max.
But while ZTE was ready to talk specs, pricing, and even share a few release details for the Axon Mini and Axon Watch, it’s been much tighter-lipped in regards to the Axon Max.
In the company’s official press release, it acknowledges the Axon Max, describing it as “a larger-screen smartphone device with a bigger battery,” but that’s really the extent of what ZTE’s been formally willing to reveal – at least in its press release.
Separately, we’ve heard that the Axon Max should be a six-inch quad HD handset with Snapdragon 810, 4GB RAM, and a 13MP main camera. Hopefully ZTE will come through with an official spec breakdown – along with info on its release plans – for the Axon Max soon.
