ZTE Axon 7 Max leaked in retail details before launch, could be another HTC EVO 3D

One Chinese e-commerce market has listed the ZTE Axon 7 Max up for sale before the company got the chance to even launch the thing. But hey, a day out from the event isn’t terribly bad, right?

Anyways, the specs are just as big as the rumors made them out to be… well, big if you don’t count the octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor. There’s 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, a fingerprint sensor and a 4,100mAh battery.

The 6-inch full HD screen seems to be taking the HTC EVO 3D route of five years ago with a promotional panel showing off a glasses-less 3D experience. There’s also a dual-camera system on the back with each Sony sensor rated at 13 megapixels. It’s supposed to produce 3D images.

All of this, as is, priced at ¥9,999 or $1,477. Wait, really? Are we sure that’s a real price? Well, we aren’t until we get official word. But is ZTE milking an old gimmick cash cow from across the strait (was it ever one?) or has this 3D business’s time come?
