Xiaomi announced the brand new Xiaomi 12 series of flagship smartphones late last year, and it revealed the global pricing for the Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12, and Xiaomi 12X devices. The company also revealed the global pricing for the upcoming Xiaomi Buds 3T Pro and Xiaomi Watch S1 and S1 Active smartwatches during the event. Xiaomi also mentioned that the latest Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12 smartphones would be receiving three Android OS updates and four years of security patches, offering similar support to Google and Pixel devices.

As a quick refresher, the Xiaomi 12 Pro and Xiaomi 12 come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, while the Xiaomi 12X comes with an older Snapdragon 870 chip. The latter sadly missed out, and it will not get the same guaranteed treatment from Xiaomi, but it’s still great to see that at least a few of Xiaomi’s devices will have a slightly longer life (via GSMArena).

Xiaomi also stepped up its warranty process, and it will offer a 2-years of warranty for the entire Xiaomi 12 series of devices, and it will also include one screen repair within the first 6 months after purchase. This will consist of the Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 12, and Xiaomi 12X. That’s not all; the Xiaomi 12 Pro will receive the best protection among the new devices announced yesterday. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will come with an international warranty, covering more than 50 markets globally. For instance, if a person bought the device in Spain, the device can be serviced in Malaysia and other supported countries under warranty.
