Windows Phone Marketplace Policies Are Crystal Clear

While some other app store policies for submission and approvals may be a bit cryptic, ambiguous, or just non-existent, Microsoft intends to make its policies crystal clear for developers. The policies have just been updated and published on the Windows Phone Blog and if you want the full dirty details, you can find those here. Hopefully these will please the potential Windows Phone 7 developers for the time being.

Do any of those new policies catch your eye? The Trial API sounds pretty nice to me.
