We are still expecting to hear something official from Microsoft to confirm those September 15 Mango announcement and launch rumors and, while we wait, it appears that the platform refresh went live in Taiwan.

It wasn’t supposed to happen until tomorrow, as previous rumors indicate, but it looks like it is now official (and we need to consider the current time in the zone, which is evening already). Those having an HTC Mozart or HD7 will need to head down to an HTC store to have their operating system updated. This, most probably, because Zune is not working in the region.
