Video: Microsoft KIN One Walk-Through

We have a special treat here for long-time readers of–our own pocketnow alumn and present Microsoft guy, Derek Snyder, gives us a walk-through of some features of the KIN One. The KIN is available in two flavors–both will be released on Verizon Wireless in May and internationally through Vodafone in the second half of the year. This first model features a narrower chassis, which is better for one-handed usage and may be more familiar for BlackBerry and Treo owners.

The KIN One features a capacitive touchscreen with HVGA resolution, 4 GB of storage, a 5-megapixel camera, an always-connected experience to social networking sites, Zune integration–Derek notes that it’s the first Windows Phone with Zune support–an easy sharing experience with the KIN Loop, and the KIN Studio, which opens on the desktop browser so you can manage all your captured videos and photos–which syncs automagically–and view a timeline of your pictures.

You can also check out more KIn goodness from the Microsoft KIN website.

Be sure to stay tuned for a video of the KIN Two as well as our full analysis and commentary on the KIN phones, which now join the Windows Phone family.
