The rumored Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet, which Nokia really doesn’t want to call a phablet, has been rumored and leaked all over the place in the past couple of weeks. Rumor has it that we’ll see it at the September 26 New York event, with a rather large battery. While we’ve previously seen it in a leaked render with its yellow coat on, today’s leak shows a white version.

Of note here is that this particular white unit sports Verizon’s branding on the back. Another thing to note is that the 20MP and PureView branding are called on out the back but this might either be a carrier-specific variant, or a Lumia 920-Lumia 928 thing, a phone for Big Red based on the Lumia 1520 for AT&T (as the camera on the back doesn’t have the wart-like protrusion like we’ve seen in previously leaked renders and images). Only time will tell! …and there’s also a chance that we’re looking at something completely different, or an early prototype device.
