U.S. HTC One M9 availability announced

We’ve seen what the HTC One M9 is all about (if you’ve missed our review, make sure to catch up on it), and now we’re hearing official wording on the U.S. HTC One M9. We knew that US carriers would be picking up the 2015 HTC flagship, and now you can prepare to grab yours online at 12:01AM ET on Friday, March 27.

The phone will also become available in retailer and carrier stores starting April 10, and, regardless of the carrier of your choice, you should be able to secure your unit if you are a customer of one of the “major carriers”, to quote the official press release. As far as color options are concerned, the U.S. HTC One M9 will be available in “gunmetal gray and jewelry-like, dual-tone silver with subtle gold mirror polished sides”.

The phone will also be available with HTC’s Uh Oh Protection, should you need to replace your unit because of a cracked screen, water damage, or a carrier switch.

AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon are the carriers where you can get the U.S. HTC One M9 from, in addition to retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Best Buy Mobile specialty stores, Costco Wholesale and Target.

Color options and exact pricing will depend on the carrier, but unlocked units will be available directly from HTC for $649, starting tonight (March 27th) at 12:01 AM ET; also, there will be a new, 12-month interest-free financing option.

So, do let us know: are you getting one?
