Just how many variations on the same design can the market take? I guess the fair answer to that is different from person to person and there’s always the good old saying according to which you shouldn’t fix something that is not broken (or, in this case, that still sells).
Apple’s iPhones look fairly the same; of course there are differences from one major iteration to the other (3, 4, 5) but the design principle is alike.

After the success of the Nokia Lumia 920 for AT&T, the web has been packed with rumors of a counterpart to be released on the Verizon network and dubbed the Nokia Lumia 928. Some rumored it being made of aluminum as part of Nokia’s project Catwalk, but as the leaked images that we found today show, it seems that aluminum and Lumia won’t marry just yet.
The leaked photos show a device made of polycarbonate, and in an interesting twist, it looks nothing like the Nokia Lumia 920 aesthetically. They are both reported to have identical specs, but this Lumia 928 packs [...]

Nokia’s codename Catwalk has been on rumor mill for the past couple of months. What makes it hot is the fact that this would be Nokia’s first metallic Lumia, some assuming that it will follow on the footsteps of the HTC One and iPhone 5 with an aluminum unibody design. At first we heard rumors of it reaching T-Mobile first, but now it seems that the device might make a global debut in London next month.
Now this rumor is sadly very vague. Only a date is being reported and it’s hard to tell if it’s really something that will happen or not. All we know is [...]
