Despite missing the February 1 deadline (that 90-day window in which HTC committed to deliver the Android Lollipop update to its devices) and publishing a mea culpa, HTC is continuing to do a great job (as long as the delays are kept to a minimum) with the latest bits of Google’s mobile operating system.

The European One M8 (and its owners) is already enjoying Android 5.0, and some North American units too, and now its time for those who own a T-Mobile unit to get some Lollipop love as well. The T-Mobile HTC One M8 Lollipop update should arrive today, Monday, as an over-the-air update, according to HTC’s Mo Versi. He said on Twitter that “Technical Approval has been received” for the refresh, and that the roll-out process for Magenta phones should start today. That doesn’t necessarily mean that you will get the update today (as these roll-outs are usually phased), but you’ve got great chances though. Don’t forget, you can also manually check for its existence in Settings.
