HTC Sense 3.0 Walkthrough (Video)

HTC’s latest launcher, known by some as Sense UI 3.0 and others as Sense 3D, is starting to be seen on various smartphones — even those HTC never intended, such as the T-Mobile G2. It’s not exactly what you’d call “functional” but it’s a good, first-hand look at what upcoming devices will come with.
If you’ve got a T-Mobile G2 you’ll need to download the ROM, flash it with ROM Manager (or your favorite recovery image), and you will have to perform a factory reset or things will likely go awry. I’d also suggest performing a full backup before you jump in. (The video shows you how to do all that using ROM Manager.)
Unfortunately, the ROM isn’t built for the resolution on the G2/Desire Z so important parts of the screen are cut off or missing.
Go ahead at take a look at the video to see some of the new “polish” that HTC has added to the Sense UI.
