Valentine’s Day is this week, but T-Mobile wants to focus on National Break Up With Your Carrier Day on February 13 — it has to be official because the National Day Calendar, which brought holidays like Talk Like a Pirate Day, said it is so.

So, it has decided to offer Verizon customers more flexibility as part of its #GetOutOfTheRed campaign: the program basically covers $650 in existing equipment installment plan balances per line to port cross-compatible phones from Verizon to T-Mobile.

Several new models will be supported from February 13 onward. Here’s the full list with the new models in bold:

Non-Verizon customers can switch over and still get up to $650 in EIP coverage with Carrier Freedom, but that requires users to trade-in their current device in good condition and to buy another phone from T-Mobile.

As to what kind of plan those customers might consider, they can bring two lines on the T-Mobile Essentials plan for $100 per month with AutoPay — a $20 monthly savings. That said, switchers should also consider the T-Mobile ONE plans as well.

To be clear, these deals will be activated from February 13.
