Super AMOLED vs AMOLED vs LCD in direct sunlight

Techblog has recorded a good video comparing the different screen technologies out there in direct sunlight to see which one is the most usable. Super AMOLED was supposed to be great for outdoor screen visibility, but judging by this video, I'm not that impressed. It certainly does better than the horrible regular AMOLED, but it's nowhere near as good as the transflective screens from 10 years ago.
