South Korea is already seeing LG’s spring chicken of a phone taking new flight with Android Nougat. A few days out, we’re hearing out of Reddit that Sprint is taking a first stab at Android 7.0 for the G5.

The 1.3GB update takes us up to software version LS992ZV8 and brings us the new white and black notification shade interface — though those colors can be themed away. One particular feature included in the settings is DPI adjustment, known in the menus as “Display size.”

If this update gets officially announced, Sprint will continue its first-dibs run on LG phones’ software updates in the US.
