As we’ve heard last week, the Android 4.3 update for the US HTC One devices didn’t manage to meet the September 30 deadline. Luckily, we’re already seeing the refresh being pushed out, at least to Sprint’s version, which is good news for the skeptical or pessimistic who were thinking it will be delayed longer.

Jason Mackenzie, HTC USA’s head, has informed everyone of the good news. Everyone with a Sprint HTC One, that is. The refresh should be available for you to download. We managed to grab it ourselves on our own Sprint HTC One, so make sure to check for its availability in settings in case you didn’t receive the notification just yet.
