Spb Mobile Shell 5.0 for Android: First Look (Video)

By Brandon Miniman February 24, 2011, 2:48 pm

It's been a long while since we've heard about Spb Mobile Shell 5.0 for Android. It promised to bring Spb's fantastic graphic engine to Android, made famous by Mobile Shell for Windows Mobile (an interface that made the platform much more usable). The Android version was announced back in October of last year, when Spb made the software available for manufacturers and carries, hoping to score big contracts and see their software on millions of device. We're not sure how that approach is going for the company, but we'd recommended that they go straight to consumers, because Mobile Shell is darn good, and many would find it to be a superior launcher to even Launcher Pro or even ADWLauncher EX. We'll keep our ear to the ground should we hear about a date and price for the app.
