The Sony Xperia Z1 is the current Sony flagship and it is a rather impressive device, as we’ve recently seen in our full review of the global/international unlocked flavor. At that time, US availability was not certain, despite some reports and leaks mentioning an upcoming version on T-Mobile’s line-up.
However, as of today, if you head over to the source link, you can grab one directly from Sony for $649.99, unlocked. The Xperia Z Ultra is also available online if a larger form-factor is your cup of tea. If you wish to go for the current flagship, you’ll get a five-inch 1080p display with Sony’s own TRILUMINOS technology, a 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable), 20.7MP camera (which did not impress us that much), as well as water and dustproofing build.
