Android versus iOS is always a contentious issue, but with the great Android hardware we’re hearing about at the CES this year, the heat’s on Apple more than ever. Sony’s next flagship is the 1080p Xperia Z; how does it stack up against the iPhone 5?

With its screen measuring a solid inch longer in diagonal than the iPhone 5, the Xperia Z towers above its iOS competition, at least in its physical dimensions. For users who are already struggling to adjust to the iPhone 5 after years spent using smaller iPhones, that itself could be a big deal.
