Sony revealed details about its Xperia Tablet Z back in February, just in time for an MWC appearance — where we got up close and personal with the slate. After information about some slight delays the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is now available according to official wording.

You cab get yours “across the globe through Sony’s retail and operator partners as well as online channels”. As a reminder, the Sony Xperia Tablet Z is 6.9-millimeter-thick and features a 10.1-inch screen with 1920 x 1200 resolution, quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro SoC, 2GB of RAM, 6,000mAh battery and Android 4.1 as the platform of choice.

You can grab it for $500 (the 16GB version) or $600 (for the 32GB flavor) at the source link below.
