It’s time to unbox and kick of our coverage of the Sony Ericson Xperia X10! AT&T announced just a few weeks ago that they would be offering this Android 1.6 device on their network, further increasing their relatively slim offering of Android devices. Currently, AT&T offers the Motorola Backflip, HTC Aria, and the Samsung Captivate as part of their Android lineup. Each device boasts a unique characteristic, from price, to form factor, to screen resolution. Quite clearly, adding another choice is largely welcomed.

This is only a brief taste of the Xperia X10. Coming up we’ll have a few software overviews, a hardware overview, and a final review. Press play below to see our unboxing of the Xperia X10! The device comes packaged with a 3.5mm set of earbud headphones, an AC adapter with USB port, and a micro-USB adapter.
