Weeks ago, an interesting new “superphone” crossed our news desk, claiming to put to shame competitors with a spec sheet that can only be described as stunning. At the time, it seemed as though it were a bit of a pipe dream, but when we went hands-on with it at CES 2015 we started warming up to the idea of the phone becoming a reality. Now that reality is almost here, with Saygus V2 pre-orders set to kick off soon.

The details we’ve received directly from Saygus are a slight bit murky. Pre-registration for the V2 has begun, and that will continue until noon mountain time on Thursday (January 29) –that’s 2:00 PM Eastern time– before the company’s Twitter account reveals the actual pre-order date and time. Pre-registrants will then be eligible for some special offers, and you’ll be able to pay for the phone at this point, it seems.

Speaking of the price, Saygus tells us to expect a sub-$600 pricetag, which is surprisingly affordable for a phone with a spec list packing numbers such as 320GB of storage).

If you’re interested in purchasing the V2, be sure to pre-register at the link below, and follow Saygus on Twitter in order to make the best of the promised upcoming deals which will be exclusive to the social network.
