Samsung Sharing 11.6-Inch 2GHz Exynos 5250 Tablet at MWC?

Earlier today, we talked to you about the coming arrival of Samsung’s Exynos 5250 processor, a dual-core component that should mark a substantial improvement of the performance of the current generation of dual-core chips. This evening, we’re learning about what may be one of the first devices to feature the upcoming chip.

Android and Me got a first-hand preview at the tablet during the CES, but wasn’t allowed to publish photos of it. Supposedly, we’re looking at a tablet with a screen size in excess of ten inches, in a 2560 x 1600 WXQGA resolution. At its heart would be one of these dual-core 2GHz 5250 chips. With excitement around the chip ramping-up, Samsung may use the Mobile World Congress to show the tablet off publicly for the first time.

Other rumors about this next-gen Samsung tablet have assigned it a screen size of 11.6 inches, dwarfing competitors. Additionally, this may be the start of the migration of Samsung’s S Pen stylus to its tablet lineup, as we discussed earlier this week.
