Some alleged benchmarks and test images uploaded to Picasa popped up yesterday trying to depict one aspect or the other of the Samsung Galaxy S IV and it now appears that more reports are weighing in, not only on the future possible specs, but also on launch and availability dates.

According to the image above the 2013 Samsung flagship will purportedly feature a five-inch Full HD display (we previously heard of 4.99-inches, but it’s all the same), Samsung’s own Exynos 5440 SoC, 2GB of RAM, and Android 4.2 on-board. It is expected to be revealed next month, in March, or at least that’s what the info pictured above claims, pretty much in-line with previous rumors.

The initial document, in the source link below, seems to be a research result, so treat it accordingly. However, with more and more rumors indicating approximately the same thing, it becomes likely to happen.
