Parts for another speculative phone have come in through the ports of Delhi and Bangalore. But we’re not talking Moto G4 this time — instead, it’s apparently a new entry into Samsung’s A-series.
We’re seeing a few phones come through for the SM-A430U on Indian import/export database Zauba. By the model number scheme, it’s reasonable enough to conclude that we may be seeing a Galaxy A4, if not a vastly improved Galaxy A3 for some reason.
Putting this phone between this year’s A3 and A5 devices may be tricky going. The A3 has a 4.7-inch 720p display while the A5 has a 5.2-inch 1080p display. A Snapdragon 410 is on the A3; the A5 boasts a Snap 615.
One shipment listing calls out the number “5.5,” which we suppose is the screen size of the device in inches. Perhaps we’re going to see a 5.5-inch 720p display in 2016. Maybe we shouldn’t.
