The much anticipated Sony PlayStation Emulator, created by ZodTTD, was released on the Android Market late last night and judging by the videos below, it looks solid for a first release.
PSX4Droid is listed for "high-end Androids" and can be purchased for $5.99 on the Android Market. You'll need a PS BIOS file and ROMs in order to take advantage of the emulator.
