The more time goes by, the more we’re convinced that Apple’s announcement of the iPhone 6 will happen on September 9. More than one credible source has confirmed this data, and it does make sense if you look back to previous iPhone announcements over the last couple of years. That said, if you’re wondering which day you should call in sick in order to make that crazy line, well, there are rumors to back that too.

Asian sources are claiming that the iPhone 6 should arrive at your doorstep between September 16 and 19. Whichever date that will be is also the date the iPhone 6 will reach stores as well. This falls in line with our previous predictions, given the fact that almost every iPhone in the past is launched just ten days after it gets announced. Our best bet would be for this iPhone 6 to reach you on the 19th, though with the level of pressure that Apple is facing from competitors, that might change for the better.

Sadly the only problem is that we still think this launch date will only be for the 4.7-inch iPhone 6. We’re not sure if Apple will announce both devices on the same day, and leave the launch of the 5.5-inch iPhone 6 until December, but it’s our best bet.
