Pantech Breakout Comes To Verizon LTE September 22?

Earlier this month we got a look at the Pantech Breakout, setting itself up for a home on Verizon LTE. Now a new leak gives us some details about its planned release, which is looking like it could happen on September 22.

This notice for retailers informs them that the Breakout will launch in all channels on the twenty-second. It also gives us a spec breakdown on the phone, but there’s nothing really new there; we had heard about most of the important ones before, and this information simply confirms them. That means the phone will have a 1GHz single-core processor, four-inch WVGA display, 512MB of RAM, and a five-megapixel main camera (VGA front-facer). We can also confirm the Breakout will have 1GB of internal flash storage (obviously expandable via microSD).

The Breakout runs Android 2.3, but with Pantech’s custom UI, at least it will have a chance to stand out on its own. We haven’t yet heard anything about a potential price point for the phone. Until we do, the phone’s manual has leaked, giving the really curious a chance to get familiar with the handset.
