OxygenOS 2.1 OTA brings a new feature that doesn’t work

There’s some other forward movement today from OnePlus as earlier on we found out about some mysterious hardware. Thus, now the software comes around. We come to OnePlus’s rolling OS of its own creation, OxygenOS. While the company had to kick into overdrive to get the interface up and running, the sailing so far has been over calmer seas.

Well, the churn’s stirred up with the recent OTA push to version 2.1 of OxygenOS. The slew of new features bundled into the update include a manual mode for the native camera app and RAW capture support for third-party camera apps. Color temperature is now also editable from the settings while antenna reactivation time has been shortened when turning off airplane mode. Of course, there are the minor fixes and add-ons stuffed in there as well.

Of course, when one bug gets fixed, another feature gets broken. In this case, the new third-party RAW capability has been reportedly not working. More updates to come when they do.
