OnePlus isn’t going to let itself be victim to the OnePlus 3 haterade be it for the PenTile display, the weird color gamut it has or for the RAM management. People have escalated the issues to the point where the company feels compelled to address them and fast.

So it shall with its first OTA update that will bring OxygenOS 3.1.4 to the table as well as an sRGB mode that sticks to more accurate color representation. RAM management will be more forgiving, supposedly being able to carry a heavier load.

Review units will get the update first. Consumer-bought OnePlus 3 devices will receive a refined OTA.
