This could be our first look at the OnePlus 10 Ultra

OnePlus is rumored to announce the OnePlus 10 Ultra later this year. Previous leaks have suggested that the phone is currently under testing and could be introduced in the second half of 2022. Though none of the other specs or features of the OnePlus 10 Ultra have been revealed, we may have just got our first look at the design of the 'Ultra' flagship smartphone.
Tipster TechInsiderBlog — who revealed the accurate date and time of the Samsung Galaxy S22 event — has shared patent images of a OnePlus smartphone, which is said to be the OnePlus 10 Ultra. Taking a first look at the image, it seems that the OnePlus 10 Ultra will carry a similar design as the 10 Pro but come with an upgraded camera setup.
Just like the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, it seems that the OnePlus 10 Ultra will also come with a periscope camera. The phone could also come with a tiny screen on the back, just like the Xiaomi 11 Ultra, but since it's only a patent, the design may change on the final product. Other than that, it'll carry the same design as the 10 Pro.
OnePlus 10 Ultra is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chipset built by TSMC. Due to the addition of features like a periscope camera, the smartphone is expected to come at a heftier price tag than the 10 Pro. The OnePlus 10 Ultra is expected to be introduced in the second half of this year. We expect more details to emerge about the device as we near its launch.
