The Microsoft Surface Mini isn’t the only upcoming Windows tablet whose details are getting a little fleshed-out today. Beyond just sharing a few new tidbits about that eight-incher, Paul Thurrott has a number of things to say about some other upcoming tablets, including the Nokia model we’ve been so anxiously following.

We’ve already heard a decent amount about this 10.1-inch Windows RT tablet, codenamed Sirius. That’s included specs like a Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM, and 1080p screen.

Thurrott expands upon all that with a few specifics. While we had a general sense of size and weight before, now he offers precise figures like Sirius being 0.35 inches thick and weighing 1.3 pounds. He nails-down the tablet’s camera as a 6.7-megapixel component (with Carl Zeiss optics), and offers a launch price: just about $500.

We also get that image above, and while we have no reason to believe it’s an official render, it does generally fit with the leaks we’ve already seen. There’s been talk about a keyboard accessory with an integrated battery, but we’re not sure if that’s specifically what’s supposed to be depicted attached to the top edge here – which looks way too short – a stand, perhaps?
