Windows Phone build 8779 popped up on July 6 on NaviFirm without any specific details, as an update to grace some of the Nokia Windows Phones after the Tango refresh. Now the Finnish manufacturer is confirming software updates for three of its Lumia devices, namely the 610, 710 and 900.

The Lumia 610 will get firmware version 1066.0000.8779.12201 which brings enhanced sensitivity for proximity sensor performance and improved sound level for alarm tone during voice calls. The Lumia 710 will receive version 1600.3031.8779.12180 with Internet sharing and flip to mute while the Lumia 900 will be updated to version 2175.2101.8779.12201 with the same enhancements to the sensitivity of the proximity sensor performance and improvements to your phone’s screen colours in low light conditions.

The Lumia 800 is currently missing from the list. If you have one of the above three devices, check for an update notification when the refresh is ready for you, after which you can apply it using the Zune software.
