Finland’s own Mozo is in the business of producing back covers, mostly for Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile devices. Sure, it does the odd iPhone case, but the Lumias (and mentions of Nokia) that pop up on the device list are just overwhelming.

But Mozo confirmed to theWINdoze that it’s had to cut back on some of its more vibrantly-colored polycarbonate covers based on “the recent Microsoft news”. Yep, even the Nokia-esque covers are dying out in favor of the fancier leather and wooden covers and sleeves for Surface tablets.

Poor sales along with cutbacks and consolidation regarding Microsoft’s mobile unit may have had an effect on the company’s accessories partnerships for its phones.

The Lumia 950 went on sale for less than $300 at AT&T recently.
