We are seriously on a MotoROLLa today (groan), with story after story about the company coming in down the wire. We’re going to follow up that new pic of the Moto X, news about the re-branding, and a fresh Moto X camera sample with rumors about a few additional Androids, which could be coming to Verizon as part of the Droid Ultra series.

We first heard @evleaks chime in with claims that Verizon will release a Droid RAZR Ultra and Droid RAZR M Ultra. Droid-life responded to this, revealing that it had heard these names too, only without the RAZR – just Droid Ultra. It also adds in a third model, an Ultra Maxx, completing the mirroring of the existing RAZR lineup (above).

For the moment, all we really have are those names – there haven’t yet been any suggestions of what sort of hardware we could expect from these models, nor really a timetable of when they could launch. Presumably, though, we’re looking at a release sometime before the end of the year.

Considering how Motorola has been showing an interest in reinventing itself lately, we wonder if these Ultra models will just be iterative upgrades over last year’s RAZR line, with that same basic look, or if they could be something a little more unique.
