If you’re a fan of doing more with your Android device than it was intended to do, you’ve most probably run into a soft brick at some point. That’s the specific point where you grab your hair, panic, and begin asking yourself what you were thinking of. Well, lucky for those who own a Motorola Droid RAZR, Bionic and the Atrix 2, that fear of sudden smartphone death can be cured with a little life support from their recently leaked Fastboot files.

That’s right, the folks at XDA-Developers have done it again. Make sure you hit the links for the specific threads of the Droid RAZR, Droid Bionic and Atrix 2 for your copy of the files. Even if you’re not a fan of playing around with your phone, it doesn’t hurt to keep these files around just in case.

For those of you asking what this is, Fastboot files will allow you to flash recovery files to your bricked device through USB. A must have if you ask me.
