Motorola Android Quench XT5 Images, Specs Emerge

Motorola’s tablet smartphone, the Quench XT5, has just emerged in an unconfirmed Internet leak. The device perhaps can be seen as an updated cousin to the Motorola CLIQ XT tablet smartphone in the U.S. on carrier T-Mobile, a features the same HVGA 480 X 340 screen resolution, measuring in at 3.2 inches. Other features include a 5-megapixel camera with flash, Android 2.1, 256 MB/512 MB RAM/ROM, 3G support, trackball, FM radio, and DivX support.

The Motorola Quench XT5 is compatible with AT&T’s 3G bands for the US and it isn’t clear if the carrier will be adding this Android smartphone with a tablet form factor to complement the Motorola Backflip on the carrier’s lineup.
