The top device deal going on at Verizon’s prepaid division right now is the recently released budget-to-the-bones device from Lenovo’s Motorola.

The Moto G4 Play (or the Moto G Play Droid, because Verizon) went on sale at a discount from its list price of $199.99 — which is a good sign, because Amazon has pre-orders up at $150. Instead, prospective buyers have an $84.99 figure to play with in their heads.

Thinking about what we got a couple years back with the OG Moto G and looking at what we have here in the Moto G4 Play, we’re pretty happy with this deal. Heck, even at $200, it’s not all that bad… for late 2013 standards. Same resolution camera, a 20 percent larger battery and a slightly better processor.

That said, it’s your deal to take or leave, if you can bear with Verizon and its prepaid services.
