You guessed it, today is “Patch Tuesday,” a day when bugs get dealt with, or when what wasn’t broken, shouldn’t have gotten fixed. Microsoft launched a good deal of security patches for most of its versions of Windows last Tuesday, and so far, we haven’t heard any complaints. Today however, even though we do have a longer list of patches when compared to last week, the focus is different.

Microsoft plans to launch over 30 non-security patches later today. 30 sounds like a lot, but some of these are going to Windows 7 and others will go to Windows RT 8.1. Windows 8.1 will be the most benefited by these patches at least in amount, but there are still no specifics on what is getting fixed on the Windows support page.

More details should be provided this afternoon as the patches reach your Automatic Update queue. Make sure you share your update experience in the comments.
