Microsoft Updates OneNote For iPhone, Expands Availability

After the April update to Microsoft OneNote for iPhone, Redmond has just updated the application once again, bumping the version number to 1.2. The new version brings several features to the table but, what’s more important, it’s reportedly available outside of the U.S. in U.K., Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
As of version 1.2, you can search for text in notebooks, sections, pages and you can also pin your favorite notes at the top of the Recently Viewed list. You also have the ability to sync those notes which are shared with you via Windows Live SkyDrive as well as other handy features. The application is free and so is the update. If you’ve already installed it, grab the refresh and if you’re from a country that just got access to the app, search for OneNote in the iTunes App Store.
