Microsoft spotted on GFXBench fooling around with Snapdragon 820

“We cannot confirm nor deny the existence of a product called Falcon.”

Michael Fisher did his best CIA impression on the Pocketnow Weekly when dishing out on HP’s ambiguous answer to the question of whether the company would put up a crazy-looking Windows 10 Mobile phone. And there’s another similarly crazy-looking Windows 10 Mobile phone that may or may not be on the horizon, this one supposedly being tested Microsoft.

This is a GFXBench diagnostics page for a “Windows Phone” device supporting the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. Any other spec shouldn’t really mean much to us at this point — though this “device” has 600MB more RAM than the Falcon — because we don’t have any other backing materials.

As far as we can say, it’s the joy of reference hardware.
