There’s been much debate over the future Lumia flagships that Microsoft may announce later this year. Codenamed “Talkman” and “Cityman,” there’s been much conflict over the final names of these products, even though the leaked specifications all seem to be written in stone. If you’re on the ropes waiting for Microsoft to launch these new Lumias along with Windows 10 Mobile, it seems they aren’t too far.

Famous tipster Evan Blass, previously known as @evleaks, has¬†garnered a lot of positive reputation for the accuracy of his leaks. Today he has decided to chime in on Twitter and share that Microsoft is planning an event to launch the Talkman and Cityman during the month of September. Obviously it could happen at any time during the month, but given the fact that Microsoft will have a major roll at CTIA in Las Vegas this year, it could just be that it’ll happen early, say between September 9 and the 11, or even earlier at IFA.

What makes things even more interesting is that if true, it would match the rumored launch of Apple’s iPhone 6s. We’ll keep you posted as we learn more in days to come.
