Like it or not, Microsoft is up to a ton of changes. At the moment we’re having a hard time trying to call out on the ones that have been popular, but change usually comes with that. Microsoft is in desperate need of reinvention at times when tech startups have proven to show more mindshare than Microsoft’s products, and it seems that this is going to start with Windows Phone.

Yes, we know, Windows Phone as a brand is pretty much dead according to some recent information revealed. Nokia as a brand for mobile devices is also dead, and everything points to Microsoft and Lumia being the new thing. If you had any doubts on this ever happening, well, some leaked images show us that Microsoft might already be branding some future Lumia smartphones with the Microsoft name.

We’re still trying to get used to the concept of saying “Microsoft Lumia,” but this name is far better than some mile-long names we’ve seen Microsoft pull in the past. Obviously we still have to confirm if these leaks are true, but change is always good if they are.
