Microsoft cements Lumia 950 price cut, starts new one for Lumia 650

Same great(?) taste, new lower price! Microsoft has done it once for the Lumia 950, it might as well do it again and tow the Lumia 950 XL along with it. It is about nine months post-release after all and AT&T has gotten pretty impatient.

The Lumia 950 is now permanently $399, a $150 drop from its second price of $549. The Lumia 950 XL has made a similar slide to $499. With no indication that a Surface Phone is in the nearing, Microsoft might be forced to keep these coldcake phones on its selling roster along with the mid-range Lumia 650.

Speaking of, that phone also has a discount, though this one’s more temporary. It’ll be $50 off at $149 until August 21.
