Nokia Lumia 822 vs Nokia Lumia 920 (Video)

The Nokia Lumia 920 has been getting all the media love since its unveiling several months back, mostly at the expense of its less-remarkable Lumia 820 sibling. But much as T-Mobile USA did with the Lumia 810 we recently reviewed, Verizon Wireless asked Nokia to make a customized variant of the “littler Lumia” for itself.
The result: the Nokia Lumia 822, an LTE-packing Windows Phone 8 device with a somewhat homely design, but lots of features to call its own. We’re in the midst of giving the 822 the quick-review treatment, and if you haven’t seen it yet, head on back to our unboxing and hardware tour video to get a feel for the device.
Be sure to come back here afterward though, because we’re putting the 822 up against its premium Lumia 920 cousin in a series of comparisons ranging from feel-in-hand to display saturation to camera quality … and (almost) everything in between. Whether you’re a Windows Phone buyer debating jumping ship to AT&T from Verizon, or just someone interested in how well today’s Windows Phone 8 offerings stack up against one another, you’ll want to grab some popcorn and plop down in front of this video, because once again … it’s comparison time.
