Two of Microsoft’s hottest new devices could be making their way to the lineups of one of the US’s largest nationwide carriers very soon. The Lumia 640, announced at Mobile World Congress this year to build on Microsoft’s affordable smartphone success, is coming to T-Mobile today. And if new information from WinSuperSite is to be believed, both the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL are also going to be making their way to AT&T by the end of the month.

Allegedly, WinSuperSite obtained the information in the following quotation at a Microsoft-sponsored event from a representative of the Lumia program. There is no way to verify the validity of the information, though none of this data contradicts any other rumors surrounding the devices.

If you’re searching for a refresher about the Lumia 640 and 640 XL, our hands-on videos from Barcelona for the Mobile World Congress, as well as Adam Lein’s full text review of the non-XL model will likely serve useful.

“The Microsoft Lumia 640 will be available first, possibly within the next week, and cost in the low to mid $100 dollar range. The Microsoft Lumia 640XL will arrive by the end of June and cost approximately $100 more than its sibling.”
