LG’s got a hot G4 leather back deal for new owners in the US

By Stephen Schenck June 9, 2015, 11:53 am

There are a lot of attractive elements that go into making up the LG G4, but few are getting gas much attention as the phone’s interchangeable back panels, especially the leather options. While the Moto X may still be our go-to leather-bound smartphone, the G4 might just improve on Motorola’s offering by giving users the ability to change their leather backs on the go – not just to replace a worn or damaged cover, but to experiment with different color options. Of course, if you want to keep your G4 looking fresh with such swaps, you’re going to need a few spare panels at your disposal. Now LG’s making it easy for you to do just that, with a special buy-one-get-one deal on the G4’s leather backs.

From now through the end of the month, LG is giving G4 owners in the US the opportunity to get two G4 leather backs for the price of one. You’ve got your choice from among five color options, each going for just about $70. Full-price, that may seem a little steep, but this BOGO deal has the spread looking a heck of a lot more attractive.

While LG is limiting the offer to two phones per order, it looks like you can go back and place a second order should you so choose – just in case you want to go all out and be ready to dress your G4 up with a new leather look day after day.
