Is Sony Really Working On An Xperia Play 2?

By Anton D. Nagy February 24, 2012, 9:11 am

The Samsung Galaxy Note goes by the model number GT-N7000 but the GT-I9220 is also a Samsung Galaxy Note with the difference that it is the Chinese variant of the device. This Chinese version has a leaked Ice Cream Sandwich ROM leaked.

While there were several official ICS ROMs leaked for the Samsung Galaxy S II — we even took a quick look at one — so far there were none for the 5.3-incher. A big word of warning: according to reports, the ROM is only compatible with GT-I9220 devices so don't try it on your GT-N7000. If you have a Chinese Galaxy Note, expect an early alpha build with glitches here and there; however, the good news is that it is definitely in the works and should be landing soon for International Galaxy Notes.
