Last week brought us a couple opportunities to check out iPhone 6 stand-in dummy handsets: non-functional units intended by their manufacturers to represent the design of Apple’s next smartphone. First we got a video, and later saw some still shots of one of these mock-ups. We’ve seen even more pics pop up since, but rather than share each and every iteration with you that comes our way, why not take an end-run on these sources and become one yourself? If you’re feeling so inclined, iPhone 6 dummy units – just like we’ve been sharing with you – are already available from sellers in China.

What good will a dummy iPhone 6 do you? Precious little, most likely, unless you can somehow work out a way to impress people with your access to secret pre-launch Apple supplies… without them actually wanting to see the phone powered-on. But if you’ve got the cash to blow and like the idea of having a prop that’s unlike any iPhone currently out there, one of these stand-ins can be had for what works out to about $60.

Granted, you’d still have to figure out delivery, and these Chinese retailers may be a little tricky to deal with unless you’ve already got the language on your side, but we still think it’s neat to see something that’s been the subject of recent leaks become so readily available. It remains to be seen how closely this model will match the final iPhone 6, but this is still the best guess for the moment.
