The HTC Rhyme was targeted toward women. Women. Like, females. As in, we had to get help from YouTuber Stevie Boebi to figure out what was going on with HTC.

Huawei has also been setting its sights on women with a couple of smartwatches — called “Elegant” and “Jewel”. Those two hulking wrist chunks that didn’t fit some men’s and most women’s wrists may have garnered enough traction, though, to warrant a new smartphone for women.

Prepare to cheer or wince for the Huawei Nova. Its existence was first leaked by Xiang Ligang on Weibo, though the analyst replaced an initial post calling out the name and the innate focus on the gals with a more generic one. The screenshot doesn’t even give away much of anything.

All of this… thing… should be coming our way around IFA Berlin time.
